We talked about the need to deal with needs analysis more carefully. We discussed how to strengthen soft skills and create models applicable to weaker individuals. The need emerged for a targeted orientation “to the territory and the sector”.
But there has also been a lot of talk about #fragility. Aware that today more than ever this theme affects everyone. Regardless of geographic or cultural origin, beyond the more or less satisfactory work experiences, today we ALL ARE MORE FRAGILE.
For this reason, it is necessary to find effective orientation and insertion models and tools, in order to guarantee support to anyone in need.
